Lesley Hurst is the owner of Penn Charter Abstract. She grew up in Indiana and moved to Pennsylvania to raise her family in 2001. She began her work in the title industry in July of 2020 and immediately knew this was the career for her. She purchased the company in 2021 and has thoroughly enjoyed managing the team and helping to grow the company. Outside of work, Lesley enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs. She also enjoys reading, hiking, and anything outdoors.

Donna is an experienced Title Insurance professional with 30 years in the industry. She began her career as a Title Examiner and became a licensed settlement agent in 1994. Throughout her career, she has developed extensive knowledge in various aspects of the title industry, including mobile home titles and residential and commercial real estate transactions. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Donna is a proud grandmother and loves spending quality time with her family.

Zebrina joined the Penn Charter Abstract team in June 2021. Prior to working in title, she was a dedicated pre-school teacher for 13 years. Zebrina is fluent in both English and Spanish, making her a vital asset to our team and helping us to bridge communication gaps with our Spanish-speaking clients. When she's not working, she enjoys being with her family, going to the beach, and reading.

Marie has been a dedicated professional in the Title Insurance industry since 2011. Her focus is in processing and customer service, and she's always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our clients have a smooth and stress-free experience. Outside of work, Marie is a mother to four boys and one daughter, and she enjoys spending her free time with her family and friends.

Justine has been in the real estate industry since 2019 and joined the Penn Charter team in 2023. She has a diverse background in various aspects of real estate and has a passion for helping clients achieve their dreams of homeownership. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, whether it's hiking, camping, or simply exploring the local parks. She also loves spending time with her husband and their two energetic dogs.

I’ve spent the last 10 years working in the title and investment real estate industry throughout Central Pennsylvania. I started my career as a paralegal, which gave me a strong foundation in attention to detail, problem solving and navigating complex transactions. Over the years, I transitioned into the title and real estate side of the business, where I found a true passion for helping deals come together smoothly and efficiently. I take pride in building strong relationships with clients, agents, investors, and partners. I genuinely enjoy and thrive in the fast-paced nature of the industry. My experience has given me the opportunity to work on a wide variety of transactions, and I love being part of the process that helps people and businesses move forward with confidence. I’m passionate about providing reliable communication, staying organized under pressure and making every transaction as seamless as possible. I’m a proud mom of two boys and lucky to share my life with my fiancé and our busy family. Outside of work, I love traveling, exploring new places and making memories with the people I love most. Whether it’s a weekend getaway or a new adventure, I’m always up for discovering somewhere new and enjoying quality time with family and friends.

Bella brings a strong background in real estate operations, transaction coordination, and administrative support to the Penn Charter Abstract team. Almost a decade Bella spent in software quality assurance as a Test Engineer helped her develop a sharp eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a naturally investigative approach to problem solving. She has always enjoyed digging through records, tracking down missing information, and figuring out why something does not line up, which made title work a natural fit. At Penn Charter Abstract, Bella supports multiple stages of the transaction process, including title research, policy preparation/review, and post-closing coordination. She enjoys continuously expanding her knowledge of the title industry and helping ensure transactions move smoothly behind the scenes. Known for being organized, reliable, and calm under pressure, Bella also believes a good sense of humor can make even the busiest days a little lighter. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, learning new things, trivia and board games, and spending time with her husband creating new memories together."
